OnSched SMS Terms – OnSched Appointment Notifications

These SMS Terms apply to the “OnSched Appointment Notifications” text message program (the “Program”) operated by WSC 8032 OpCo 1 LLC d/b/a OnSched (“OnSched,” “we,” “us”).

1. Program description

OnSched provides online appointment scheduling software to service businesses (“Businesses”). When you book an appointment with a Business through an OnSched-powered booking page and choose to opt in, OnSched sends you text messages about that appointment on the Business’s behalf. Each message identifies the Business you booked with.

2. Message types

The Program sends transactional, appointment-related messages only:

Booking confirmations
Appointment reminders
Reschedule notices
Cancellation notices

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on the booking form and giving your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of booking or of buying any goods or services.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the number of appointments you book and any changes to them.

5. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from the Program. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages. To join again, reply START or opt in again on a future booking.

7. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@onsched.com.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change.

10. Eligibility and your number

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number first.

11. Privacy

We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy at https://onsched.com/privacy-policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
